In 8th grade, I was bullied. A lot. The last time was the worst. My parents kept me home from school for a mental reset, and they took my phone and laptop away.
As soon as my electronics were gone, I felt free. No one could hurt me on social media anymore.
Suddenly I had lots of free time. I walked my dog, and played basketball. I thought about how much I'd missed being outside, and all the time and emotional energy I had been wasting.
I am convinced that life is infinitely better without social media. My family helped me create this website so I can convince you, too!
